Introduction of Stealth in Bangladesh and its future..

Actually BD Navy is the fastest growing sector of the military.

It is not that much far behind, barring submarines, than the Pakistan Navy.

There is a lot more expansion planned for the Navy in comparison to the air-force or army.

Pakistan Navy will get nuclear submarines and our F-22P frigate is better than any in BD navy

Good looking ship. Will help in protecting Bangladesh's EEZ and coastal regions.
The design is neither stealth nor conventional, a modern ship that seems capable.
Good acquisition.

I believe (I could be wrong) that the BNS BangaBandhu (F25) is actually in the same weight displacement class as PNS Zulfiquar class (F22P). BangaBandhu (image of armaments below) is relatively well-equipped and well-armed for a Navy our size but don't know how it compares to F22P armament. Maybe the F22P's have VLS. Nuclear subs are of course out-of-the-question for Bangladesh. You can build some 10,000 primary schools with that money and that's what our govt. should be doing.

Also - the recently received USCGS ship(s) are in the 3000+ ton class and are going to be similarly equipped as below. Most of the USCGS ships in that class (USCGS Rush) were equipped with VLS cells (as @Penguin sahab so kindly noted). Those (when armed well) could compare to the Pakistani O.H. Perry frigates.

There are about ten large shipyards in Bangladesh that are easily capable of building either F22P or BangaBandhu. Weapons integration needs overseas involvement (ToT), just like in Pakistani situation. Just presenting the real scenario - no offense intended.

As far as manpower goes, we have our own version of the US Marines called SWADS (Special warfare and defense services). The video shows some footage of the BangaBandhu.

Both of them, either it Bangabandhu and F-22P Zulfiqar class is match each other in any field, but i will take the Otomat MkII block IV AShM more seriously when compared to C-802 variants and F-22P doesn't have any VL cells . And not any ships in US Coast Guard Department have Vertical launching system as they were only equipped with Otobreda 76 mm and Phalanx CIWS, that's including USCGC Rush (WHEC-723) in which have been offered to Bangladesh, and surely they will stripped the Phalanx from the ship before the transfer arrangement is done. Pakistani OH Perry Class aka PNS Alamgir till today still stripped from their main armament excepts for the Otobreda 76 mm, they doesn't have their mk.13 launcher system anymore as the US has deemed them old fashioned.
