Well appears to be a normal command and control center , tracking US assets in air don't follow the sensational in this item

There is a US flag in front of cabin , so clearly its US center

They have troops in Afghanistan so likely they have transportation planes moving goods

well definitely this ain't a Pakistan control centre it seems its a Command Centre base in Kabul
