This was the last test in the phase 1 of BMD. Now the entire BMD phase 1 can be implemented in full steam.
Regarding the no of missile batteries placed where etc, that will be closely guarded secret.

I think the radome is a smaller in the new missile and it has extended portion just behind the radome.

BTW the launch was superb, a speedy one.

Something of significance is that we are slowly heading towards cannisterization of all missiles. Big step in operational efficiency and reliability and maintenance of missiles.

Only useful application is ASAT, modern ballistic missles are impossible to intercept even with multiple interceptor.
