Not INS Vikramaditya, but nice pics indeed and partially confirming what I thought about the forward take off position, but I still need a better pic of Vikramadityas ramp or a top view.
Even countries are referred using female pronouns , exceptionally male pronouns might also be used in a general language . ACC is not a ship . I would like you to read about specialism given to ACC's by USN . Calling Vikadi a beauty seems to be cheesy though .Ships are always referred to with female pronouns in naval parlance - "she", "her" etc. It's an ancient tradition.
You are speaking as if calling a ship her makes it femaleUmm...and that makes it male? Anything special has to be male? What exactly are you saying?
(As I said before, I don't really care, I'm just being pedantic in pointing out that ships have historically been referred to with feminine pronouns in the english language.)
