I want information seniors or experts for PAF, If a person joined PAF as a Airman, is there any chance any criteria that he can apply for commissioned officer, is there any paper or course for this,

for airmen minimum qualification is matric.....no ISSB needed..there is an aptitude test and medical test..your best source of info will be your nearest PAF selection center.Just call them and they will give you the info

Try finding out where is the selection center.
