Pakistan Army being the senior brother will always head the command structure of the combined expeditionary force comprising of other sister Armed Forces,Paramilitary Forces,Mujahid Forces and other Civilian armed forces.

In sindh imo it would be better if sindh ranger is expanded and these para wings are incorporated in it. In localized operations paras are better just like FC in Kp and Balochistan with their own special wings.
Pakistan army should intervene if the hindutva army mobilizes.
