And?? New Delhi is a MEGACITY whose power needs increase daily. Having nuke reactors a huge distance away in "safe" locations is plain stupid as mammoth quantities of electricity will be lost over the distance. This idea is econimcially nonviable.

You misunderstand Abingdonboy's comment. 200 KM is not very far when it comes to a nuke power plant.
