What do you think is the reason as to why Pakistani governments do not take these things seriously?

It is very convenient to blame PMIK and the PTI government considering that they are newcomers into office. The question must be asked..when did the sanghis plan this move? Clearly Pakistani intelligence knew about this move when it was first planned. Such an event (abrogation) is not planned overnight or even during a course of 18 months. Therefore, conclusion is why didn't previous government and military plan retaliatory steps??? As I stated..easy to blame PMIK even for Karachi crisis. He is a human ...he never claimed to be a wizard with a magic wand

The Armed Forces have been stating ever since 2016 that they are ready for any sort of war pushed onto them.

The political engineering behind the war however is an issue with most civilian governments dependent on the Indian Market for economic gains.

Abrogation of 370 and absorption of IoK into mainland India, as the armed forces claimed before 2016 would be an act of war forced on them. As we type here, Indian army forces are using satellite guided missiles to pound Kashmir people and Pakistani military personnel in Pakistan Kashmir. If that isn't an act of war pushed onto Pakistan, then what is it?

I don't believe that PTI or PM Imran Khan have any investments in India to benefit for their economic gains. Perhaps you can prove me wrong by providing a credible link or so claiming otherwise

The Afghan trade transit should be the only reminder of what i am alluding to.

As far as PTI and their links with India are concerned, their song for election 'Tabdeeli' was created in Gujarat and foreign funding case in the supreme court has BJP financing PTI.
