How come? Lol Since last 10 months rupee was depreciated only by 9%. Compared to that Dollar, Euro, Yen all depreciated more than 15%.

Dunno where you get this information. In Aug 2021, EURO was worth INR 87, now it is less than 80. GBP fell from around 102 to 91 in the same interval.
