Agreed with u what u said regarding china but you need to understand that we too affected by western countries especially US(also godfather of pakistan) it does put sanctions on india in past just. You will find that a simple supercomputer was denied to us coz it may help our nuclear cause.It all changed after 9/11 attacks though still cannot be depend upon them. u can see that even what we order from them are not critical technologies and we source from many vendors.

Depends. No one really knows, but a singular warhead will be rather heavy and will have quite a lot of yield. As and when MIRVs appear on the scene then anywhere around 200KT+ per warhead.

200kt is very much sufficient to destroy a 50 km radius city. even a 100kt will do the needful. Using a megaton in a neighborhood is suicide.
