It can have many reasons. It can cause diplomatic and PR controversy to test out MIRVs. I believe the same reason was why Pakistan didn't make it's nuclear bombs public until India tested them. Chinese military is very secretive. Why?

The reason why I say this is because time and time again, Pakistan has done tests which no one saw coming. Nukes, Babur, Shaheen II, A-100s, etc were never expected and surprised everybody.

There is a big difference of making/planning and already made.And i said the 2nd one.And u can't compare secrecy of building ist nuclear bomb anyway. When u test BM missile, thats a diplomatic news and having MRIV is a technical matter. What I want to say pakisthan may be trying to make it, but not yet made and tested.

I will end this debate once and for all. Let's put it this way. What my point is that either Pakistan already has MIRV or it will get it soon in the near future. Now whether it already has it is questionable. Some may call it impossible when asked whether Pakistan has MIRV - more power to those people. I have already gone over many times why it may have it already, though it's not something certain.

But if you want to believe any scenario, then more power to you. Frankly I am getting quite tired of this debate.

You know what ABM technology will utmost hold good next 1.5 -2 decade.. after that there will be lot of countries who will posses MIRV missiles directly or indirectly.. by that time LASER/ECM guns will become the gate keepers and there after there wont be any reason to worry if missiles have MIRV feature or not
