Indian test failed

It indeed did fail...
the only ok thing in it was that the interceptor did not miss the missile...it did not respond...maybe I am being too optimistic...
hard luck...

AAD Test Aborted, Could Happen On/Before Wednesday

A scheduled test of India's Advanced Air Defence (AAD) endo-atmospheric ballistic missile interceptor was aborted today following what sources have called "coordination and launch sequence issues". The test has a window between March 10-17 to complete the test -- the third for the endo-atmospheric interceptor. The system -- demonstrated twice already with a remarkable degree of accuracy -- is part of India's two-tier ballistic missile defence (BMD) system, coupled with the Pradyumna Prithvi Air Defence (PAD) exo-atmospheric interceptor missile.

Looks like fun time for PDF's Anxious Pakistani members.. lol..

lol it again to be tested on tomoro or day after tomoro

Come on dont bash mjnaushad.. he was posting what he heard from news.and he posted one of our own media about the failure,..clearly media is posting different news..

I don't think it should be a big cause of worry if the test is failed. Even if it fails 10 times it's fine but it should never fail when this thing is deployed. Therefore, as they say "Success is never final, failure is never fatal" when it comes to testing phase.
If they develop well and good otherwise look for foreign options!

IMO yankees have switch off GPS and it led to the target missile deviated from its stipulated trajectory.

So did it fail, or did it not take off?

Anyway, is this derivative of some Israeli missile?

tv news also states that it's postponded to wednesday

wow,a very confusing thread....can anyone confirm this news.....

A friend from Pakitan's strategic command asked me to post this video!

It only uses israels greenpine radar.Rest all indian.:dance3::dance3::dance3:

this is how it goes

Sources say that's because the Prithvi apparently deviated from its path, and the interceptor missile's radars failed to pick up its flight. The interceptor missile's systems therefore did not get activated.

prithvi failed...... so interceptor did not respond..... meaning interceptor is still to be tested after figuring out what went wrong with prithvi.

isnt this rit?
