Pak army has always targeted Indian posts along the loc as well the villages near it to provide cover fire to the unwanted infiltrators using heavy firing as well as mortars as a tool.

No we don't target civilians. The people on other side of LOC are our own people. Why would we target them.

Mostly civilian villages are targeted deliberately. Low Indian civilian casualties are a proof that Pakistan mostly targets Indian soldiers.

Why dont people move? I asked the same question to a Kashmiri friend ... because of poverty... Its not easy leaving ur houses,agricultral land and livestock for cities or so on...

Every time there is a flareup along the border or LOC, we evacuate almost every one of them, even though we have very little concentration of people living along LOC compare to Pakistan. We really value the life of our civilians unlike some of our neighbors. Hope this answer your question.

Don't share me random links budyd. Show me stats. The stats clearly show that Indian army casualties are at least three to all civilian casualties on your side of LOC.

There can be random incidents of sometimes civilians getting targeted but it is a fact that unlike coward soldiers of Indian army we don't target civilians since no other side are also our people.

And despite all the evacuations just last month civilians were hit and killed.

Shows no matter how many you evacuate, civilians would get hit. And since Indian army unlike Pakistan army deliberately hits civilians so casualties are obviously higher of civilians on Pakistani side.

Sniping is a different technique patience counted well.. Sniper to soldier with ak47 is different and sniper to sniper is a different scenario. waiting for India snipers get killed by Pak snipers.

Or is it Indian army is so dumb that instead of targeting Pakistani posts that are present right in front of them they move their guns a thousand meter away to target civilians?

We all know how filthy Indian army is. Not a surprise that they prefer to target civilian houses instead of military posts in front of them.
