Not really an Indian schoolboy, he is german and obviously there is something about western system so that he could thrive there.

Indian are capable of studying complex mathmatical and science subjects. It was in their genes, The testimony for my statement is the software excelence of India.
Indians used crores as their highest numbers when the romans were using thousand as their highest number(they don't have a number higher than thousand in their number system).
Indian vedas and astronomy deal with complex equations which are mastered by our ancestors thousands of years ago.

In a nutshell….

When a body is thrown towards the center of earth (or any other planet or whatever celestial body), then as it is attracted towards the center due to gravity, the body experiences certain opposition, know as Newtonian resistance.
