....... there is no tests that has been conducted in both countries that is reliable or consistent.

But considering the fact that Indians on an average speak 3-4 languages and have pretty much invented numbers, maths and all scientific theory before the world could even learn to count, while the chinese still use primitive writing characters.

I would say that the Indians and considerably smarter than the chinese.

Can you tell me how many IQ tests were conducted in India in local languages which is spoken by the vast majority of Indians ?
