Here what people can see is india navy illegally arrested 31 people fishing in international water. that india navy ship is the real pirates here.

I can understand the logic here:

when the india navy is facing challenges on the sea, they choose to attack some random civilian ships in international water to get back the feeling of "incredible india".

a proper investigation should be carried out to check whether the india navy broke any international law during this operation.

according to the report, it is clear that 31 people were carrying a single ak-47, yet the indian propaganda media call them pirates without any solid evidence.

If a single 47 was indeed found, as you mentioned; then its not hard to apply Occam's Razor and arrive at the obvious conclusion. The other guns were deep sixed.

The first thing culprits on the seas do(pirates...drug smugglers...etc etc); when they see law enforcement closing in, is to dump any incriminating evidence overboard.If they have gotten rid of their contraband, the law enforcement will have a hell of a time convicting them.

Probably some smart *** hid one ak, hoping they could use it laters.
