Senator Baig had asked the defence ministry to inform the house if the incident was an act of terrorism or result of a human error and if the responsibility had been fixed in the case. He said media reports put the number of casualties much less than the magnitude of the tragedy and the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) did not give details about casualties.

US, Russian and Chinese subs all suffered submarine incidents during exercises or patrolling. But only Indian sub blow up while docked.

Let's not talk about building plane or subs. Let's look at operating them. If an American general or admiral run their forces like how India do it, they will be court martialed.

as far as i can analyze from the photo , it happens while docking of the ships sometimes , there are no signs of a crash as the title says crashed . just another propaganda article of puny press reporter .

The incident shows lack of professional;ism in Indian navy.
I have plenty of experience in Ship maneuvering, Navy ships have plenty of maneuvering aids such as bow thrusters, Controllable pitch propellers and crashing a Navy ship is a shame.
