A statement like that can only come out due to some major insecurity of sorts. Yes IN is larger than PN as they have a coast line 5 times larger than Pakistan not to mention their budget. PN is not in weapon to weapon match with IN as long as it can keep IN away from its SLOC's and don't allow them to come close to Pakistan shore it is a job well done.
