Personally i am against the system of reservation ... india is a land of oppurtunities irrespest to any religion ,caste, race. not the muslims but also the hindus also lag behind in huge numbers more them muslims too the common problem is giving less importance in education, despite free education muslims specially from north india do not educate their children thiis is also a reason .

I am not posting any "green media sources", but a national study in India that was submitted to the Indian government. I have been to India a few times myself, as I have my mother's whole side of the family there. But this thread isn't about me. I have given statistical evidence of how backward Indian Muslims are, but you are trying to derail this thread by making this personal, & going off-topic. Non-Dharmic minorities are treated differently as compared to Dharmic ones. If you have statistical evidence of how well the Indian Muslims as a whole are faring inside India, I would be interested to study the data.

High educational levels do not necessarily translate into good living standards.

Its not for high education, its scholarship for Minority kids from Year 1 to Year 10. $140 Million in a year. On top of that there is Post Matriculation scholarship($80 Million), and Merit cums Means scholarship($25 Million). All up thats about $250 Million scholarship given to Minority students in a year, and if the trend continues will be higher next year.

Thats about a quarter of Pakistan's annual education budget, just in scholarship to minority students.

you need to clear the exam to get the govt. job as far in Punjab.............you dont pass .........you dont have the job.

1. If you need job as a sweeper, you need to pass 4th standard, mazdoor-8th standard, Clerk-10th class etc. No education, no job

2. Muslim women are unemployed bcs they are not let out of the house.
