There is a difference between selling and exporting chemicals which could be used by terrorists in killing innocent human beings or fueling wars elsewhere.

Pakistan has been exporting Fertilizers to Afghanistan...and that is being used by Terrorists to kill people... who is responsible for that.....

Sooner than later concerns on such aspects will be raised. Either India is complacent, or it is in cohorts with these countries or it is directly involved - such concerns would be raised.

India as a responsible nation must ensure that its dangerous material exports must not be used by terrorists to kill people. India can not stay out of the blame, when it knowingly sells and exports dangerous material to countries which may be supporting or fueling a war in another country which results in killings of innocent human beings. .

Middle East is a hornet's nest, our policy makers are fully aware of this fact, they always prefer to stay away.
