Back tabbing or not, its rule and a fact, wen u entered d MMRCA competition , u have to follow rules:
1. HAL will b Indian partner, after winning Rafale asked to partner with Reliance with "0" experience of aircraft building.
2. Winner will send 18 AC and rest will be delivered by HAL, delivery time will be guaranteed by winner.Now Rafale denying to comply.
3. L1 was Rafale F3 with price 80-90M$/AC , now during negotiating for Rafale F3R with price 120m$ ....

Rafale defaulted on this after winning...dats cheap
These 3 points were main constraints in d deal..its not becoz of India's need but due to France's dilly dallying ....then how can India b d backstabber..actually we r being back-stabbed...hope this helps clear yr view of us...
