"WION" or whatever, I endorse the aforementioned opinion. In this rapidly evolving global IT based age, even the most frequently visited social site Face Book and similar others sites are facing compounded challenges to dilute such false news from the real ones.
However, I disagree that India's immediate neighbours are not competent enough to devise similar counter propaganda measures. Pakistan has vast pool of extremely talented IT software experts within the country along with non resident ones. The sole issue is, the intent of the top echelon decision making leaders to authorise and instruct the concerned agencies to counter such Goebbels physiological warfare/propaganda.
Indians intent by following the Monroe Doctrine, reinvigorated by Hindutva vision, and with their Foreign policy reflected by Chankya philosophy, should never be negated, their success of 1971 should be taken as a stark reminder.

With a view adapt required counter measures, adequate tools/resources needs to be allocated to the institution/agencies tasked for such purposes. Pakistan is not a meek state like Bangladesh, fight fire with fire, outsourcing and reversing the brain drain in this specialised advanced sector is no doubt a costly one. However, for the greater cause, sacrifices has to be made by reallocating necessary budget from other budget heads. Overseas Embassies/High Commissions needs to be instructed to locate the trusted talented specialised experts for utilizing their services, and these experts,if handsomely rewarded, they could be of immense help.

In this Digital era, these reservoirs of advanced technological minds are Pakistan's prime assets, even if situated/residing in the other side of the Globe, they could implement these Countermeasures, extremely efficiently and effectively,comfortably securely from their own abode.

Time to rise up and nip the bud, before it blooms.

Accepting it first is a baby step to deciding how to deal with them as India and Afghanistan use such people very smartly. What i wrote is my personal view which I didn't think would hurt anyone. Anyway.

There has to be a strategy, because when force is used these people run of to Europe, America and other countries including India and Afghanistan and cause havoc for Pakistan from there. When we leave them be, they get further emboldened. We have to decide what we can do other than counter their narrative.

I think there is a lot to do still. I think the biggest disaster for us was 71. We failed then and it gave legitimacy to every traitor and fool out there. It made some people who lack patriotism lose faith in Pakistan. GM Syed too has his history there. I admit the majority doesn't ascribe to these views of breaking Pakistan. But I have come across some individuals who do. The famous ones I have already mentioned.

I wish the best for Pakistan. But we will have to decide on a policy where patriotism is promoted. Pakistan Studies has failed to it other than failing to hone critical thinking too.

I did not say that such people never exist. Traitors exist everywhere so that wasn't my point but as you posted a line that generalized all Pakistanis and I see it offends. I will just quote an example as if couple of XYZ ethnicity/nationals did heinous crime and found guilty too, I am not suppose to say that "There is no Loyalty in XYZ Blood". You see, this is not called freedom of speech but when we are speaking freely, must ensure that we are not generalizing and hurting anybody as by the same words, actually we are making more enemies than friends and fueling the situation. I hope you understand so let's move-on.

True that such people exist and unfortunately, we are handful in this regard that the dilemma starts from Media to everywhere and populace is more bent to News thing which exploits the weakness very cleverly hence, I believe that whatever media says is not necessarily be proven as gospel truth. However, we accept news per personal interest, likes & dislike sometime that help them to draw a narrative per mood of populace to mend into affairs of society and misdirect through propaganda stuff. Every individual has to play its part to work on such strategy to counter the lying narrative of enemy because, once their product is being rejected, we will see a drastic change as well as the rival going down while tasting its own medicine.

Trust me, strategies are all there with everything needed yet lacks political will and voters stand for Country however, strategies are mostly denied through NGOs, Candle Mafia, Media Persons and culprits that does it deliberately in the name of freedom of speech. You, me and almost everyone is aware who is the culprit and sometimes we grab them though, when we have corrupt rulers that were somehow favoured by the handlers/masters, wouldn't make much difference in our/Country's favour. IMO, the change has to come from people by not electing the culprits first and as soon as we have competent people, we will witness legislation, law & order, affairs being handled properly and no compromise of sovereignty over personal accounts and off-shore assets. The bridge to pass-on certain information and foreign understanding, is designed in different ways that we saw in past as Pakistani Media persons and institutes heads attending parties in foreign embassies or other places. Enemy has many ways, options and means to deliver and execute its propaganda successfully that starts even with Pakistani Students abroad, compromising own culture, customs and values over foreign stuff, our education system/syllabus/subjects especially affecting history & society and fake modernization of society and many more.

I agree. Everyone is not a traitor. But there has to be a way to bring these people into the mainstream-somehow. I hope someone has suggestions. India cannot use traitors in our society unless they exist. Rest of your post I agree. Best wishes.
