Indian cricketers mum on Wahab Riaz performance ?

Notice that a lot of past and present cricketing greats have praised Wahab Riaz spell as one of the best ever display of fast bowling BUT none from among the indian cricketers have said a word in this regard

They are indeed all small hearted , thats why the best they have produced in cricket is called little master , in many ways that is telling more than just the stature.

the opening comment is an observation , indian cricketers like Gavaskar did comment on Pakistan in the earlier matches but they have remained mum on this performance where people like Ian Chapel , Brian Lara and many others praised the performance

I think that India should built a temple of riaz and worship him because he just took 2 wickets, proved expensive, and couldn't stop Australia from winning in 34th over. Compare to indian bowlers who made its team a winner not a team who allowed opposition to win by 100 to spar.

My observation is valid , the spell that Wahab Riaz bowled was quite extraordinary , 3 of the best batsmen on their home turf got rocked , one got out , the other two were given life lines by dropped catches but none the less the fast bowling display was the highlight of the match

Wahab is a good bowlers..but he is not of the great bowler like you have earlier...Of course he performed well and he has good future in cricket...But that does not mean every one will praise you..At the end of the day performance counts..How many people praised Portfield of Ireland who is an excellent batsman of Ireland team and good quality player too...So the same goes for Wahab...and same goes for India too...If India will not win world cup this time, no one cares what individual contribution Sami has done or Rohit has contributed....At the end of the day results matter...

Coming back to the subject...I have watched enough Indian players praising Wahab Riyaz after that performance, V V S Laxman at Skysports studios in London, Ganguly on HT TV & the usual suspects in TV studios analysing the match. So to say that Indians ignored is not true at all!

praise Shami for what?
just having more wickets doesnt make him a praisable bowler. Has anyone gone to a match only to see Shami bowl. He is just like any other India bowler.

Btw from OP's opinion its appears that anything good in pakistan needs indian certificate. Otherwise its nothing.

And dont forget batsmen who makes more runs is more valuable and bowler who takes more wickets is more valuable. Its them who are going to take all the cream, rest may not even be remembered after 2 months.

I have just read the local news paper (Malayalam) they have praised him for his performance in QF...... During the post match presentation Indians have praised him...... why he is not getting more praise????

1) He ended up in loosing side
2) They are out of WC...... If Pakistan won the match, then every analyst, every player former/current would be talking and praising him for sure...... Since they are out of wc, Indians are concentrating on the next match.......
