The title is completely misleading, the IA COAS makes no comments about whtter the PM should go or not-that is just not his place at all.

yes , but that's does not mean they can not even give advice, any army in world wont let it things go away which they have earnd by giving blood's of thr ppl , army do not oppose the peace talk , but sure they will oppose things which can harm indian intrests.
