I trust the Nasik civilians. BRD has been subcontracting work to civilians. Although I'm not very worried, the Russians have setup MRO facilities and spares warehouses for the Mig-29 in India. So they have developed a large ecosystem compared to the time you were in HAL.

Nahhh....only repainted and also got extra burden on the spine....

Mig-29 has a special place in every Indian kid growing up in the 90s. Now, the cockpit and avionics are fairly modern too.
