Besides Pakistan isnt going to activate tactical nukes until India activates cold start and by than both nations would be at war anyway.

I am sure in case of iaf attack,paf will respond with nuclear strikes.indian radar control room might be like......nuclear strike package 16 miles away.contact vipers contact mirages and Indian jets might appeal to control room....we can't take it much longer.we need additional support.after some time, radar control room might acknowledge that we lost entire Sam coverage.ahahahaha war is not a joke Ms dhona.nuclear strike package is ready for india.first come,first serve.
