I think he USN Presence could not cause concern to the IN in IOR.

Its importance: Isolationand British sovereigntymake Diego Garcia a far more secure base for U.S. forces than any mainland base in Africa, the Middle East, or South Asia. Specialized shelters to protect the sensitive stealth equipment of visiting B-2s have recently been installed, and strategic bombers regularly rotate through the base. The atoll is also an important part of the U.S. Space Surveillance Network of telescopes, radars, and listening stations.

but USA is going to vacate Diego Garcia soon as its lease will end in 2016.though they can increase it by 20 years that has to be signed by 2014.and its better to have USN presence as it'll check Chinese muscle flexing in that region.China is eyeing 3 bases in that region i.e. in Srilanka,Pakistan and Maldives(possibly)

BTW, u don't know evil yindoo baniya........ like we are friend to the Israel as well as Palestine.....we don't have to join any camp.
