No. It wont.
Facts cannot be manufactured to suit your views.
India not only has a higher per capita income than Pakistan. That per capita income is also rising faster than Pakistan's i.e India's economic growth rate is higher than Pakistan's.
India's spending on its social services is also higher as a percentage of its GDP, ergo India's poverty reduction has been higher.
Lastly, India's HDI ranking is also better than Pakistan's. Which again is getting better faster than Pakistan's.
So by no stretch of imagination, will Pakistan become a middle income country before India.
In fact, if any audacious bet has to be made, I'd wager Bangladesh per capita income will exceed Pakistan's per capita income, before Pakistan's per capita income exceeds India's.

Pakistani has no middle class and growing economy? And India is going because of its middle class and rising economy, same cannot be said about Pakistan.
You are correct, which is why I prefaced any 'audacious' bet with facts.Leave that to gamblers. If I had put a wager in 1980 about India I would have said India will take 1,000 years to get anywhere. If I had put wager on Pakistan in 1967 I would have that in 20 years Pakistan would been like South Korea.
So let us keep our thoughts to today. Dreaming about what you will have in the future does not feed you 'Roti' today.
It does have both.Pakistani has no middle class and growing economy?
If Pakistan is not going to be there than India should get first right to claim its land...hope, Pak has not made any will which will transfer its land to China....I will feel sorry for Pakistan!
didnt bother to read as it sounded so stupid...so thot of making some sarcasm based on the level of subjectYou changed the whole meaning of the thread, the writer is worried that pakistan has slipped out of India's radar...and he also suggests that pakistan copy India's policy as usual.
Can you point out the new IMF report? I work in Investment Industry. It is imperative for us to keep tab of economic performance and macro economic variables of countries and their projections. As far as I know there is no new IMF report. The last IMF report on future projections was released in 2010.
There are new reports by PwC, Goldman, Citi and Stan Chart after 2010 but they are more bullish on India than what IMF was projecting in 2010.
I will give you an example ....BS! I'm pretty sure most of Bollywood's revenue comes from Pakistan after India.
if producers were so worried about revenue from pakistan, we wont have so many anti pakistan movies.Maximum 8 crores??? Pk movie grossed around 20 crore indian ruppees. And lemme add more in pakistan. there is a huge pakistani diaspora that brings revenues to the makers without one being able to extract exact figures. So pakistanis have a good chunk of share contributed in that 200 crore.
You think your movie makers are such simpleton. They get popular goodlooking pakistani actors, who are already liked in india, case in point ali zafar, fawad khan (at lower rumenration), to win audiences not only in india but pakistan . Naturally a pakistani actor starring in an indian movie, will draw pakistanis to cinemas not only in pakistan but more of them living overseas. And its not just that much, since itstheir actor these pakistanis watch the same film multiple times. And fawad khan was such a mammoth attraction for pakistani people though i dont care about him.
And the whole film khoobsurat did whatever business it did due to that guys presence and looks despite a short role.
and for a businessman even 1 crore matters, you think a movie maker would want to forgo 8 crores of profit..
So your film makers are making a lot through overseas pakistanis as well.
