The BIGGEST offensive action of the PLAN is sending 100 fishing vessels to the Japanese islands. Even the NK navy has better offensive record.

And as for supporting Pak. Please do so. Its the best way for internal problems in China.

And by the way, India has plenty of other frigates too in other classes.
