In Pakistan vs India I would never prefer or recommend batting first no matter what. Bowl first and then chase, start with your strength and capitalise on that.

i think bowling first will be better because in these conditions moisture in pitch helps alot

Looks like there is a spoil sport by rain. It rained yesterday evening and same iss expected today.
