Thats not how it works. Weapons purchases are more guaranteed(for seller) when the weapons are used on actual combat situations and prove their worth. Why do you think Syrian war spiked Russian military hardware sales? exactly. Russia does nt give a damn about helping Pakistan. Russia wants something strategic- cash, insight, dependency or something.
