we can actually consider india's best chance:

you build your aircraft carriers, then you win the battle and kicked Chinese navy out of india ocean. please consider what will be the next step from the Chinese side:

we can fire thousands of guided rockets from our border and destroy Mumbai and New Delhi in minutes, while you have to use dead expensive Agni missiles to fight back and you only have a few of them.

you fire guided rockets and we fire Agni but then the end result will be the same DESTRUCTION. do you / us (we) really want that?

You are right ,but we update the whole boundary not only with India,and we build railway in every province of our country not only in boundary area,and not against any country.In 2010 we will build 25 airports,and start 70 new railway ,we built 4719KM freeway in 2009,the freeway of China:1999 6200km;2004 34000km;2009 65000km.Those are built all over China not only in boundary areas.Now we have 190 airports,and only 5 in Tibet .India gov needn't feel sensitive,they should put money on necessarily place~~

a few differences:

1. this is your plan. according to the very shinning records of india's defence sector, e.g. LCA/ARJUN, your plans are highly unreliable.

2. let's say it comes true and you guys do complete your own AC first. then how about ask yourself a question: how many components/devices used on the AC are made in india? how many of them can be upgraded, repaired by indians?

Let's make it no mistake -- our carrier fighter J-15 completed its first test flight last year. india is about 20 behind in that area.

3. how many of such carrier combat group your country can afford to have? 2-3? with our current economy, we can have 2-3 carrier groups deployed to the indian ocean and operate another 2-3 groups in pacific region.

well, Mr. china, atleast we r not cheats like you & ur country, don't try and put too much pressure on ur small brain as u dnt have much, i feel theres very small difference between you and donkey's as both when told to do something keep on doing it till u kick them in their Arse.. in simpler terms - we R NOT TRYING TO COPY RUSSIANS/US DESIGNS BUT PREFER DOING SOMETHING ON OUR OWN.
