I am totally agree with you about food and proper sanitation to have instead of missile but circumstance are different now. When you have dangerous neighbours around like China and Pakistan then you got to be stronger enough.

The poor of India wish to have food to eat and proper sanitation than a missile that they cannot eat. It should focus on save its economy than destroy others.

5000 km is hardly called a ICBM. We have that 30 years ago. True ICBM covers 10,000 KM. Ours can do 13,000 Kwm
