Trust me Brother this is a very common practice in the Indian Navy and Army. There men have no discipline and I am hardly surprised when the rape capital of the world is India.

Go back to school and get some more knowledge, 350 nautical miles doesn't mean you are allowed to stop even a small boat, leave alone merchant vessels or navy ships..
