As long as IWT remains in force underpinned by the World Bank, there should be no problem. Pakistan does indeed has enough water for its needs under that treaty, but it needs to manage its share better by building storage dams and increasing efficiencies in its distribution and billing systems for such a precious resource.

That’s why I said, it’s coming. Either off the grey list or on the black list. Once FATF drama is over, Things gonna get messy in Kashmir. I am sure once hostilities break out Pakistan will make sure india is also back to square one economically. Best of luck feeding Billion plus people.
