HAL's logic would be they need the orders first then they will ramp up production which they are more than able to do. It is a fair policy and one most aviation giants would pursue, can't put the cart before the horse. Within 3-4 year HAL will be producing 12-14 LCAs a year (more than how many JF-17s PAC produces today) and if they receive massive orders can ramp this up further. If hal is serious about selling any aircraft to other countries, it should seriously consider increasing its production capacity per annum.
IS it so hard? Its not about any physical structure, restructuring would mean in operations!
lets forget I said anything to you, ok?What does production line means ?

This is not very much. If HAL produced 15 a year this order would be fulfilled in under 3 years, then what? There are many examples around the world of production lines closing for lack of orders/demand. The goal is to keep the production lines open for as long as possible. The IAF has made no firm order for the Mk.2 so one can't count on that. If the IAF and IN placed firm orders for 200+ LCAs then HAL would quite easily be able to produce 20+ LCAs a year and would see the benefit in investing in expanded production capacity.Indian Air Force has placed an initial order of 40 aircraft.
Bangladesh is watching closely what the Myanmar military is buying. So in future you will see by yourself

The Bangladeshi military does not buy and will never buy indian defense equipment period, has nothing to do with myanmar. Its like saying india will buy weapons from china....
Our defense suppliers are Russia, China and Serbia....Bangladesh has a unwritten rule of never buying from india.
Bangladesh will buy from any supplier according to the technology and cost. Myanmar military has acquired large numbers of modern hardware and which bangladesh cant just over look. China, Pakistan and even Russia are selling military hardware to Myanmar and being SAARC member, Bangladesh will see towards India.

Dr. Tyagi described the event as one of the major milestones in the history of the Company. “We have achieved 60% indigenisation in this LCA project so far. We will produce six aircraft next year (2015-16) and subsequently scale it up to eight and 16 aircraft per year.” he added

Jeez...build first, before talking of exporting. Exporting fighter jets is not a child's play. Even advanced countries find it difficult to achieve this, like France's Rafale. India has a longgggg way to go before it even starts thinking of military exports
