The PLA has far more advance infrastructure in the border region and can transport and project military power across and into India quite rapidly in days and maximum two weeks--depending on the bulk of the force they wish to deploy in the sector or theater.

However, India is giving itself a false sense of security by deploying 50k troops, many of these 50k troops will simply take up defensive positions during a conflict--with little counter-offensive operations to be taken up. The PLA is prepared to break up Indian defensive positions with both air and ground power when need arises.

Yes it's so insignificant that when we ask Indian gorvernment to discuss the arunchal pradesh issue, dare them to refuse? we have dragged them for 17th time, they're alway there on time to kept us updated , if you think that's your territory, you can give the middle finger to China to prove your legitimate claim.
