My prediction is that if Pakistan permits its army to wield such influence to the exclusion and even defiance of its elected civilian leadership then the ultimate result of Pakistan would be its balkinisation. That would not be a good scenario for any of Pakistan's neighbours and more especially for India. Therefore India should continue talking but should not relinquish any ground to Pakistan. The purpose of the talks should be as it currently is. To assure the people of Pakistan and the world that India is a responsible nation which does not seek unfounded skirmishes with its neighbours

its a two way process. i wont deny most of indians are obsessed with pakistan. but r u sure most of pakistanis are also not obsessed with india. here i can find quite a few them taking out selective news items from papers all accross india.
