India stole intellectual rights on Bangladeshi tradition

Intellectual Property Rights(IPR) will be given in the first come first get basis.. US and UK holds IPR for many things that orginated in India or discovered in India.. India has large amount of turmeric farm and US holds its IPR. so India cant use it for medicinal applications without US permission.

and saying nobody will give us(BD) IPR even if we apply is complete BS. in business world sentiments and friendship dont play any role. if you want you have to be the first. Why do you think US and China sends so much application to patent office????

one question:
Muslims in Pakistan and Bangladesh migrated to these countries from different parts of India. also you people claim that you were completely different from the Indians in all aspects. but saree is Indian tradition and it has nothing to do with Islam. also bangladesh is born only in 1971. and how do you think those things were discovered or originated there????

It is partially true.. IPRs are allotted to country when there is no other country to claim the same and if other country comes with the proof that something belongs to them then changes are made. Not directly asscoiated with the same but Wireless technology which was alllotted to G Marconi later on changed on J C Bose's name as scientiest found Mr Bose developed that technique earlier.

Lal-Qila to Taj and then Sherwani to Biryani is our contribution. So I do not expect anything less from the thieves. :coffee:

How many Lal Quila's or Taj's you created or new cloths like Sherwani you invented since 14 Aug, 1947(Pakistan's B'Day, in case you don't know-as your history knowledge suggest)???

I am amaged, in the age of Computers and Internet, you are still claiming the BS, which you were taught in your history classes in madrasas!!!

What do you think (if you can), why they call India the “Crown Jewel” of the British Empire? Why Christopher Columbus, Vasco Da Gama, and many others like them started their voyages.............to find Lal Quila or Taj.........or to learn how to take measurements for a Sherwani?

Yes, you can say that Indians didn't give much of the materialistic things to the world.........but at an intellectual level, only China can came close to us. But to understand this, you need a maturity which came only after many thousands years' existance. And from that prospective, you are just born!!!:smokin:

So sir if you dont follow Indian culture, do you speak Arabic or Persian? I think your country name is still "Bangla Desh" derived from Devnagri, you still speak "Bengali" and you still sing "Rabindra Sangeet". By the way all these are from India, so you guys are biggest Chors.

You need to keep your perspective right. Whatever Bengali have we could claim that as ours as we are the only flag bearer of Bengal. You guys could stick with Hindi and whatever lab lab lab laguage and tradition you have and claim all the intellectual rights to them. NO PROBLEM FROM OUR PART. Just leave us alone.;)

So now Indians have become intellectual rights' chor too.

pani chor, gana chor and now this.

Not good

If you will ever become judge, people will lose faith in Judicial system. No proof no arguments only emotion (anti India) and guilty declared.

Ohh.. I am feeling I hurt your ego.. sorry about that.

My perspective, history and logic is very clear the only one who needs to look out is you. You are neither flag bearer of Bengal nor Bengali traditions. You are mere a nation which shares same tradition, culture and language as West bengal does apart from majority religion.

And whatever lab lab lab language (Bengali) you are talking about is Second highest speaking language in India and its roots is in Hindi/Sanskrit/Devnagri. Hence claim over language and culture also goes with us..

Sorry if I hurt your ego one more time ;)

Bangladesh is the only nation that has been named after its culture and language while West Bengal remains part of India and has no unique identity.

legal issue is not the matter here. Thousands of years of historical evidence proof enough to show the indian robbery.

A thousand year ago there was no Bangladesh or for that matter
there was as it was called a collective region of Hindustan
And this Sari was part of bengali tradition before the so called muslim entry in india

You are extremely wrong on your logic. Bangladesh became East Pakistan only for religion difference initially and then it became separate nation when they did not get not enough pie for their language, culture and politics. We have West bengal as hub for Bengali culture and never ever changed its stance and hence it is having unique identity like other Indian states like Assam, Orissa, TN, Kerala, MH, AP etc.. Do you think they dont have their identity or culture ??

Its getting too boring now.... Lets put some smile in it...
Afterall its Bengali... :-)

Now lets see how some of the Indian Website marketing their Jamdani product in their website and ofcourse which they claim their intelectual rights to it ... ;)

Jamdani sarees are much sought after by fashion-conscious working women for their elegance, comfort and light weight. Bengal is a large hub of jamdani sarees suppliers and different kind of jamdani sarees.

Fabric in Jamdani Saree
Jamdani is an ancient finely woven cotton fabric called muslin with geometric or floral designs. Jamdani sarees are in cotton, pure silk and tussar silk.

Colour
While the original Bangladeshi sari is almost invariably on a beige background, the Indian weavers are a little more adventurous in their choice of color schemes. A very classy look pervades in the traditional colour.

Various types of Jamdani Sarees :

Daccai Jamdani
Daccai Jamdani sarees are distint from other varieties by its very fine texture resembling muslin and the elaborate and ornate workmanship. These sarees have multicolored linear or floral motifs all over the body and border and have an exquisitely designed elaborate pallu. The mango motif signifying fertility, growth, and marital bliss is a very popular design in Jamdani sarees.

Tangail Jamdani
These sarees have Jamdani motifs on Tangail fabric and hence known as Tangail Jamdani. The traditional tangail borders had a "paddo" or lotus pattern, "pradeep' or lamp pattern, apart from the popular "aansh paar' which was common to Shantipur. From the use of a single colour on the border, they began to use 2 to three colours to give it 'meenakari' effect. Shantipur Jamdani
This variety of sarees have a powder fine texture.

Dhaniakhali Jamdani
Having a tighter weave than the "tangail" or "shantipur", Dhaniakhali Jamdani is more hardy. Its bold body colours and contrasting borders and absurdly low prices make them very affordable.

You did not hurt my ego but shown your ignorance.

Bengali is not the descendent of Hindi neither Devangari. Rather Bengali is Sanskrit->Pakrit->Bengali. And hindi is Sanskrit->Devangari->Hindi. 50% of Bengali vocubulary is Sanskrit but 25% for you Hindi. So Bengali got the most ancient and traditional vocubulary base among all sub continent languages.

If you are so fond of Bengali then make it as your National Language or forward that to UN for one of their official languages. Once you done that then come and claim all the rights to it..
