Corruption in pakistani military top brass is more deep rooted than in india , we didnt had a military coup ever in our history.thar may be but it's obvious that We can meet our needs locally far more easily and effectively than you can.
Further more, one draw back of local consumption is the lack of kickbacks. The corruption that indian soldiers have highlighted is a good indication that corruption is alive and very deep rooted in the indian military establishment and therefore will naturally look for kickbacks from international suppliers by purchasing rather than producing.
Your news channels in your debates too often discuss how top general of your army involved in corruption and became rich during their tenure.
