Hosting an Tibetan exiled government on your soil is not only a naked and blatant way of disrespecting our sensitivities, but also a outrageous way of interfering with Chinese internal affair which warrants every foreign policies against India.
I can understand you concerns that you feel as a Chinese about this.
But to be more specific the importance the body ,Central Tibetan Administration (CTA) ,holds to the Indian Govt is ,administration of Tibetans in India.
However, their views of Tibet being free are not supported by Indian Gov.
If you ask me why they allowed to express their views of Tibetan freedom in the first place.
The answer is democracy.
Everyone can express their views here.
Even those who openly call for disintegration/breakup of India are allowed to give speeches under Govt security in the country's capital.
There may be political parties which advocate for Tibetan freedom, but then again its that particular party's view and should not be considered convergent with Indian Govt's official stance.
The best thing to do about this ambiguity is some Indian diplomat/Ambassador/foreign minster must clearly state that the Indian Govt does not adhere ,nor support the political views or statements of Central Tibetan Administration.
