Not everyone in Maoist areas in India is insurgent who is killed by Indian forces so should every country take action against India for war crimes ?

Jana, I know this might be too much to ask of you but cast aside your prejudices for a bit and watch the channel 4 documentary on SL army's conduct during the war. There is a difference between the odd civilian casualty, however regrettable, in the theater of war and the systematic targeting of an entire population, repeated bombings of hospitals, execution and rape of thousands, disruption of aid supplies to hundreds of thousands of stranded women, children and old people etc..

I hope you appreciate the difference..

What are You talking About , Maoist's are Armed Rebels and They are the One who are Killing Innocent civillians , Paramilitary Forces are Not Involved in Killing Innocent's.

Talking About Tamils In Lanka , Many of Them were Indian Tamils who Migrated There during British Era.They are Still Not Provided Basic citizenship and Equal rights Unlike Other Citizens.Many of Them [Who were Not Involved In Armed Movement] were Killed Brutally by Lankan Army.

Look nobody is blind to civilian sufferings. the only point here i am mentioning is that INDIA has not right to interfere in internal affairs of Sri Lanka.

if you want to uphold human rights then your govt can cut off diplomatic ties, trade and so on with Sri Lanka but saying Indian should take some interfering action against SL is just poking nose in their affairs.


secondly all these war crimes are going on in India by your own forces too so you hold no weight to point finger at others

We are their only immidiete neighbour. The racial, cultural ,ethnic, economic, political relationship goes back to centuries.

Indian politicians never supplied men or weapons to any in the Island and they are not capable of doing that either.

If you go by the article its the government of Tamilnadu who have asked for taking actions. And by action it doesnt mean any military as most of "you" guys presume. Its a case by case programme to look after the welfare. Even we are supplying the ration and has been involved in post war programmes including demining of the region, rehabilitation homes, making safe return of refugees, finding them proper jobs and integrating them into the Srilankan society.

Too weak and pathetic argument. The people who are responsible for the crime in Sri Lanka by the government forces on surendering Tigers and women are as follows.
1) Rajpakshe (for initiating a bloody war)
2) Defence Minister of SriLanka (for supporting the idea of a war)
3) LTTE for not accepting a peace accord
4) UN for incompetance in stoping the war
5) Sri Lankan immoral army thugs who raped women
6) Inda for not stoping the war
7) China and Isreal for aiding the war with modern weapenory
8) Super Powers who did nothing to stop the war
9) UN for its incompetance to protect the Medical camps which were shelled
10) The people for Sri Lanka for not raising the voice against genocide
11) The entire human race for not preserving humanity
