We are No talking About Armed Action against Lanka for This , But Sri Lanka should Just Treat Them Like Equal citizens with Equal Rights , Many of Them are Still not Rehabilited.

Who talked about war going on. Did you read war in any sentence in the original article. Its not internal since a lot of refugees are going back to their homes from here just like the Afghan refugees u have taken during their civil war.
