Just a question to all those who think this will be a option in the LIFT market. Who would buy them, what would be its advantages against its competitors and what would the likely price?
A advanced dedicated teainer like the YAK 130 cost around $17-20m each, the L15 most prob around the same. The current estimate for the LCA is a minimum of $26m each excluding dev costs, it will cost more then $40m each for export. A 2 seater LIFT version of the LCA will cost a minimum of $35m each, who would buy it at that price? Vietnam? Israel? Who?
