i dont know if russia did offer any aid but having said that generally russia dosent offer aids to countries who refer to terrorism inside russia as freedom fighters and aside all sentiments once the floods will be over these very people will continue to support such factions of groups who want to destroy russia and i have experienced this support here in this forum during the blast in moscow metro this march so no loss of lives story here will melt the thinking

You cannot generalize people as you cannot generalize people who supported the moscow metro blast, because not every body did, i never did and there are many like me. Hope you catch the drift here.
And please do not mention zardari and sharif, they are the biggest worthless scums on this planet.

As per donation from Zardari and Sharif goes you might be right. The same thing applies in India too, never heard any politician donating anything. I will also like to say that % wise we are very far when it comes people who are well of and donate. How many people in India earning more than 50K a month donated more then 100 bucks at the time of Tsunami? So everyone is selfish, we point fingers only at Politicians. On this note if we the people of our country seriously start donating to our capacity e.g. 10K for someone earning 50K, you will be surprised to see the amount of money that will be generated. So if Pakistani seriously get into fixing Pakistan they have enough money with people.
This is not the case with USA where they donate freely to even other countries. Honestly speaking we people are self centered as long as we are fine we will do nothing.

Coming to my comment, why I pointed Trichy was because in when someone is in trouble Humanity preceeds everything. Will you help an enemy who will die otherwise, I think most people will do. Sorry if I gave lecture.
