we have very very dangerous threat from China,so we need to modernize our forces and add some more power in them...

but china will never attack India actively in a full scale!! the real danger is pakistan and china in the shadow and dirty back door dealings.India should prepare itself rather than for a full scale war with china and pakistan at once but for an active war with pakistan and a hidden intelligent one with china as far as next 10 years are concerned.
