India, Russia to develop missiles having speed of 6,000 kmph

India is 50% financial contributor in this project. The control systems onboard the Brahmos is Indian.

Why dont you do some research before opening your no-facts-anti-Indian mouth?

dude as he is a pakistani its hard for him to understand and easy to under-estimate....

Soon Indians will wake up from their dream because the Russian won't give India the technology for free.

if we say we goona build some thing answer is, ''its not yet happened stop dreaming''!!

if we say we goona test it answer is, ''its gonna fail''!!

if we say we goona buy some advanced weaponry answer is ,''its not the machine its the man behind it''!!

if we say we goona spend billion dollars in self defense answer is ''first feed the poor''!!

For everything else there is "because rupee news says so"! :smokin:

On topic,The field of Indian hypersonics is witnessing a massive spurt in activities. Just look at the projects India has undertaken..

:blah::blah::blah::blah:

Donot comment if you cant add something related to topic. What new rule you are telling, who gives any technology for free. Secondly our defence requirements and future plans are not running on other countires aid.

Do You have any Knowledge that India Already has The technology for Hypersonic Missiles that India tested Shourya?? And The IIT students By themselves are doing projects and Research Upon the Propulsion Systems

They way you guys are poncing on him, if he was standing infront of us, looks like he will be ripped apart....

Anyway. Iam so confused by the LRCM stuff now.

Question: Is that oil getting leaked from the left bottom ?

You should wake up and see that India is spending Billions of Dollars and is paying for technology.

We are not asking for free and not asking for soft loans.

India and Russia have mature Defense and Business relations.

Brahmosh corp is already moving production line of the engines to India

First of that's the Shaurya Missile.

And second , i don't see how anyone can say anything just looking at the picture , you would at least need the Flight video.

Actually you are correct!;)

The " Medium range oil dispenser" ( M-ROD in short) installed on the Shaurya malfunctioned!:frown:

M-ROD---

Usin this system Shaurya first blackens the faces of enemy (like Generals etc. in the target building) with spraying oil in the high value targets it is sent to destroy.:woot:

Yeh dushman ka moonh kala kar ke phir use tabaah karta hai!

This is to demoralize the remaining enemy troops!

This is the system that malfunctioned and hence the oil leak!:partay:

On serious note, brother, please take a look at the propulsion and control motors of Shaurya and then form an opinion!

I think that is a socondary motor, or a hot gas generator, for controlling the rocket in the roll axis. Notice that the lower stage appears to have no control besides this - no gimballing, no jet vanes (they could be hidden) and no fins; and i can spot no cable duct (though it could be on the other side) that sends control commands to this lower stage. This stage is but a large solid booster just like on a cruise missile.

Pitch is apparently not a problem, though the lack of guidance at liftoff means the canister could only be upright. Roll is, since the rocket cross-section is anisotropic - it has fins, and they could be damaged at liftoff if they graze the canister. Hence the (IMV manageable but uncontrollable) roll-control programme.

Keep in mind this analysis is based off a photo and could be totally wrong! And that was a shaurya/Shourya (what does it mean?) missile.

Extrapolating: "...how anyone can say anything just looking at the Flight video"?

We can learn much about a rocket by looking at a photo of a missile being paraded, much less one in a launch video. You just need to know what to look for and where to look for it. Ever since the big players are out, there are only so many technologies that appear on any missile.
