UNITED NATIONS: Denying Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s claim that Pakistan is the primary victim of terrorism, Indian Minister of External Affairs Sushma Swaraj on Thursday said ‘it is actually a victim of its own policies of breeding and sponsoring terrorists’.

Speaking at the 70th session of United Nations General Assembly (UNGA), she said, “It was stated that Jammu and Kashmir is under foreign occupation. It is, except that the occupier in question is Pakistan”.

“In fact, India’s reservations about the proposed China-Pakistan Economic Corridor stem from the fact that it passes through Indian territory illegally occupied by Pakistan for many years,” she added.

Swaraj responded to Prime Minister Sharif’s four-point peace initiative with just one point, urging Pakistan to “give up terrorism”.

“We do not need four points, we need just one — give up terrorism and let us sit down and talk,” she said.

Sushma Swaraj said the bilateral dialogue between the two countries has not progressed because Pakistan disregarded its commitments.

“Whether it was under the 1972 Simla Agreement, the 2004 Joint Declaration forswearing terrorism or more recently the understanding between our two Prime Ministers at Ufa. On each occasion, it is India that has extended the hand of friendship,” she said.

“India remains open even today to engage Pakistan on outstanding issues in an atmosphere free of terrorism and violence,” she added.

The external affairs minister of India also accused Pakistan of ceasefire violations and exchanges of fire along the Line of Control and the Working Boundary.

“The world knows that the primary reason for firing is to provide cover to terrorists crossing the border. It needs no imagination to figure out which side initiates this exchange.”

Swaraj blamed Pakistan for shifting responsibilities of serious challenges it faces on others.

She claimed Pakistan uses terrorism as a ‘legitimate instrument of statecraft’.

“The world watches with concern as its consequences have spread beyond its immediate neighbourhood. All of us stand prepared to help, if only the creators of this monster wake up to the dangers of what they have done to themselves,” she concluded.

Cowards as usual chose to run away from talks, how long more we go for talks and solutions?

I doubt this is the first time India snubbed Pakistan. So what's new from this predictable country?

As i said in another thread India don't want peace.and India is pushing Pakistan to go on war on this purpose.

I think the lady is right.
Don't let me be rude here, is it only India is blind or just ignoring the fact that we don't need your command to crush terrorism、we as nation busy hard to eliminating any type of terrorism from country, be it TTP or related factions or out fit banned religious extreme parties we are hunting them down, can't you read or observe what's going around?
The lady is not right the elements behind her aka Hindu extermists are right to back her and her party and she just their voice just an extreme Hindu and current Modi sarkar.
You have one two incidents to relate us with terrorism and we have dozens, open your third eye and smell the coffee as there is nothing can be productive results if we don't talk. Well, whom I'm saying, forget about it.

I understand you understand than WTH is wrong with our government keep requesting them to sit and talk, I'm not seeing any fruitful results till butcher of gujrat running the sarkar.

What you gonna do about it ? And where are the dossiers ??
We will get china into it to suppress your forces from two sides or even Srilanka or any other India's neighbor to suppress you from a Third front to completely neutralize your forces advantages.Because Srilanka,Nepal or Bhutan are not Enemies of Pakistan they are more like allies against India.

IF India has a game plan Pakistan also has one too.

Today Pakistan has given evidence of Indian terrorism in Pakistan to Ban Ki-mon. You will find India jumping up and down more on Pakistan sponsored terrorism as its now itself on the hot plate.

Pakistan should release evidence of Indian terrorism open to public, outside every diplomatic office in the world. Indians hands are red with the blood of Pakistanis, let it be in Kashmir or inside rest of the country. We just need aggressive, and by aggressive I mean actual aggressive diplomacy to show its disgustful figure to the world.

Release of such information publicly will alert many sleeping proxies still under intelligence watch but not apprehended..

As expected.
Don't complain when another round of tragedies occur inside India & ask for cooperation. You were given a chance, you missed it by your stupidity & delusion of having a 70" chest.
