It is seriously laughable that Pakistan proposed UN Probe when they themselves dont believe in UN, NATO and other agencies. Even UN will probe and provide the proof to Pak that it is there army who did it then they will again go back in Denial mode stating that it is India-US-Israel nexus. We saw what happened when third party FBI has captured Headly and he informed everyone about involvement of Pakistan "State factors" in it. Dossiers may contain Interpol documents for Hafiz Saeed, It remains always incomplete.

Denial is state of mind in Pakistan. Who ruined Afghanistan? USSR or may be US. Who forced IA to come to Valley and make life hell for Kashmiris? Indians may be, we didn't do it. 9/11 - Israel, 26/11- India, Osama Killed - Was a Lie etc Pakistan have enough share of denial.

This alleged decapitation and mutilation stuff has shown up for the first time, it's a serious allegation! What wrong would emerge if a third party investigates into the incident? There was a report from Indian media where the same was said.

As far as US congress is concerned it has NO business wrgt to Balochistan.

UN is an independent body and hence it should probe the matter.

India-Pakistan are party to the incident hence they can not be judges.

the UN probe is not for the alleged killing of two Indian soldiers by Pakistan Army... it is for the killing of one Pakistani soldier! India didn't contact UN for its soldiers.. but Pakistan did.. truth shall prevail.. Asked about recent reported incidents in Kashmir, the Spokesperson said that, regarding the 6 January alleged incident, the United Nations Military Observer Group in India and Pakistan, or UNMOGIP, has received an official complaint from the Pakistan Army and will conduct an investigation as soon as possible in accordance with its mandate.
On the 8 January alleged incident, no official complaint has been received either from the Pakistan Army or Indian Army.
Nesirky said that UNMOGIP is aware that the Pakistan Army and Indian Army are in contact via the Hotline and urges both sides to respect the cease-fire and de-escalate tensions through dialogue.
