I still wonder why both of these and the Air Defence failed during the OBL raid ? Why PAF never Scrambled.. Why F16 never gave a Shot ?

Its not really important to have a weapon, It takes "Balls" to use it !
It applies for F16s and Nukes Both.

For Clarity, My Point being , There can be a situation where despite of having a Good Machine.. with Good men...kknowing how to use it.... Both may never get a chance to show their potential.
